- Certified Insurance Consultant (CIC)
- Certified Risk Manager (CRM)
Rowland first got involved with the BCHOA in September of 2014 as an inaugural member of the just formed Insurance Committee. A few months later, a Board position became vacant and, with a desire to get involved and serve his community, Rowland responded to requests by the Board for applicants and subsequently was appointed to fulfill the remaining term of the recently vacated position. In May of 2016, Rowland was elected to the Beau Chene Homeowner’s Board. In addition, he still serves on the Insurance Committee.
When recently asked if he enjoys being on the board, Rowland answered “Yes, I enjoy being on the board, I have enjoyed getting to know the other board members, they all are committed to continuing to make Beau Chene an even better community to raise a family. Being a board member allows me the ability to represent our membership and their views on issues. I hope during my time on the board I can help to continue to create a positive, creative atmosphere in how the leadership of Beau Chene address the challenges of the future. I hope to help the board continue to improve our community by adding positive features to our community which were suggested by the studies done in the past, such as creating bike and walking path, providing playground equipment for our younger children and finishing up the “rebuilding of our gates project.”
