The Beau Chene Homeowners Association (BCHOA) office will be physically closed on Monday, January 26, 2026, due to anticipated severe winter weather and hazardous road conditions. While the office is closed, calls to the main number will still be handled. Residents are urged to exercise caution and limit travel. Expect delays in non-emergency responses.

This closure prioritizes the safety of staff and residents and aligns with St. Tammany Parish school and government office closures.

Normal operations are tentatively scheduled to resume on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, pending weather and road reassessment. Updates will be communicated.

BCHOA Public Works (PW) staff has implemented winter storm protocols, including equipment/generator checks, and storm protocols for water/sewerage.
