SUMMARY:Beau Chene Fire Hydrant Flushing
DESCRIPTION:Starting Monday\, April 17th thru Friday\, April 28th\, the Beau Chene Homeowners Association will flush our water system by releasing water from fire hydrants\, as necessary\, to remove loose mineral deposits from the system prior to the high flows involved with fire district testing.  Flushing operations will be performed between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:30 a.m. \nIf\, as a result of either our flushing or fire district testing\, you should experience deposits in your water\, please open outside faucets and run them slowly until your system is clear.  Repeat this process if sediments are present in your indoor faucets. Problems with deposits should be minimal because the water has been treated since 1996 for mineral deposit sequestering.

DESCRIPTION:We are very happy to be partnering again with the Beau Chêne Country Club (BCCC) to\nbring you a community concert featuring the exciting sounds of Cuisine the Band. \nThe concert is from 6:30 pm – 9:00 pm on Saturday\, April 29 th at the outdoor Pavilion\nbehind the clubhouse. \nThe concert is complimentary and BCCC will provide food and beverage stations with\nthe ability to handle cash and BCCC charge accounts.   The event will have food Kiosks\nfor Members and Non-member residents alike: Hot Dogs\, Hamburgers\, Jambalaya\,\nNovelty Ice Cream and Beverages. \nCome and bring your lawn chairs and enjoy the music!\nOutside food and beverages will not be permitted on the BCCC property.
