DESCRIPTION:There is nothing like awesome fireworks to celebrate the birth of our nation.  Beau Chêne Country Club (BCCC) and the Beau Chêne HOA (BCHOA) are again collaborating to bring you a FIREWORKS SHOW – on Tuesday\, July 4th!! \n\n\nThe pyrotechnics will begin at approximately 8:45 pm on the driving range.  Viewing areas on club property will be open to all residents and their guests. \n\n\nPlease remember to be courteous to one another and that no “outside food and beverage” is permitted on the clubhouse grounds. \n\n\n\n\nCold Beverages and Ice Cream will be available for purchase by club member account\, cash and/or credit card at the rear of the clubhouse. \n\n\nWe encourage you to wear your “stars and stripes” and bring a lawn chair to stake out your spot.

SUMMARY:Beau Chene Fire Hydrant Flushing
DESCRIPTION:Starting Monday\, April 17th thru Friday\, April 28th\, the Beau Chene Homeowners Association will flush our water system by releasing water from fire hydrants\, as necessary\, to remove loose mineral deposits from the system prior to the high flows involved with fire district testing.  Flushing operations will be performed between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:30 a.m. \nIf\, as a result of either our flushing or fire district testing\, you should experience deposits in your water\, please open outside faucets and run them slowly until your system is clear.  Repeat this process if sediments are present in your indoor faucets. Problems with deposits should be minimal because the water has been treated since 1996 for mineral deposit sequestering.
